LEGAL FEES

You will never have to pay any legal fees or legal expenses out of your own pocket.  If Tom Van Horn obtains a recovery in your behalf the legal fees and legal expenses will be repaid from the recovery.  It's that simple.  If you schedule a consultation with Tom it will cost you nothing.
